Open science: the ANR's feedback to the online consultation on the Plan S implementation guidance

The French National Research Agency (ANR) has submitted its contribution to the online consultation on the Plan S implementation guidance launched in late November 2018 by the cOAlition S. The purpose of the consultation was to clarify and identify any omissions from the guide, which specifies how Plan S should be implemented to achieve a more transparent, effective and fair model of academic publication.
