The cOAlition S is a new European initiative that gathers 11 national funding organisations, including the ANR, to encourage open access to research publications by establishing the Plan S.
Defined in the 2019 Work Programme, the Open Science policy of the Agency falls within the national plan presented on the last 4th of July by the French Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, Frédérique Vidal.
