Franco-German call in Social Sciences and Humanities

The ANR is launching a Franco-German call for proposals in social sciences and humanities in collaboration with the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG).

This call aims to fund research projects involving at least one French and one German team. It is open to all research areas within the SSH. For the second time in 2011, it offers special opportunities to post-docs from both countries.

A report on past editions with advice for applicants is available by clicking here.

Funding requests are subject to each agency’s requests, rules and procedures, as stated in the call for proposals. The DFG and the ANR will be respectively responsible for funding their national research teams: the DFG will fund German research organisations and the ANR will fund French ones.
