Setting up International Scientific Networks for the surveillance and diagnostics of antimicrobial resistance - JPIAMR-ACTION 2022
The funded networks should identify actions that will improve the diagnostics and surveillance of AMR, both in human health, animal health, agriculture and in the environment. In particular, networks can assess user needs for tools, technologies, or systems for diagnostics and/or surveillance, and identify the actions needed to support the development of those tools, technologies, systems. Networks can also Identify novel or existing data platforms that can be developed or improved or identify the data collection needed to understand inequality in access to diagnostics.
The networks must be composed of a minimum of 15 persons working in at least ten different countries, including three countries participating in the call (Estonia, France, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Moldova, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom). In addition, the networks must include at least 3 early career scientists (up to eight years after obtention of the PhD). Selected proposals will receive up to 50 000 euros for one or two years. The grant will only cover the actions needed to set-up and run the network (travels, meeting organisation,...). ANR will only support the French coordinators of the selected networks. ANR will not support networks partly or totally overlapping with previous networks funded by JPIAMR (networks having more than 5 partners from a network already funded).
