ECO-TS - EcoTechnologies & EcoServices
ECO-TS is a new programme which takes over the ECOTECH programme. It aims to strengthen the French community in the growing field of services in environmental management and related technologies. It targets both the notions of technological research, but also R&D services in order to strengthen the competitiveness of French eco- industries.
The programme aims to take into account the key issues arising from environmental impacts generated by anthropogenic pressures (pollution, consumption of raw materials), but also the emerging pressures generated by certain processes of global change (climate change, preserving natural resources, natural hazards, extreme events). The programme is divided into two topics:
Topic 1: Towards a circular economy
- Sub-topic 1.1- Methodologies and associated services
- Sub-topic 1.2 - Technologies to loop material flows
Topic 2 : Services and technologies for the environmental change
- Sub-topic 2.1 – Environmental monitoring and forecast
- Sub-topic 2.2 – Environmental and climatic adaptation and remediation
The ANR programme ECO-TS is initiated in close coordination with the call for proposals financed by ECO-INDUSTRY DGCIS, ADEME and OSEO, whose purpose is to support industrial development projects and demonstration close to the market.
The ECO-TS 2013 call for proposals is open to Franco-Chinese collaborations under the agreement signed with the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) of the People's Republic of China. The specific conditions of this collaboration are detailed in a specific appendix called "Conditions of submission, evaluation and selection of Franco-Chinese projects", available below.
