The objective of the Carnot program is to promote technology transfer, partnership between public laboratories and enterprises and development of innovation. This program is designed to recognize the capacity of research organizations to collaborate efficiently with socioeconomic partners, including businesses. While increasing their visibility, it will grant them additional financial resources that will support their scientific and technological skills and develop and professionalize their partnership relations. The Carnot program, which is based on successful experiences in several European countries, is intended to improve the visibility of French partnership research by giving the Carnot institutes a common image of competence, efficiency and professionalism.
The appelsprojetsrecherche.fr portal centralises all information on calls for proposals and calls for applications from ADEME, ANR, Inserm including ANRS, Anses and INCa. It provides a simplified access to upcoming and ongoing calls, giving a greater visibility to funding opportunities. Following their closing date, the calls remain published for a few months.
