2025 Bilateral collaboration JST-ANR based on CREST program
- [Nano-Material Semiconductors] Fundamental Technology for Semiconductor-Device Structures Using Nanomaterials
- [Prediction Mathematical Foundation] Creation of Mathematical Foundation for Prediction and Control
Full descriptions of these areas can be found in the annex to the National regulations for French applicants. This cooperation within the CREST programme framework, which was set up to support priority research objectives for Japan, supports collaborative research, the results of which will lay the foundations for scientific and technological breakthroughs.
Project proposals should be led by a Japanese Principal Investigator and a French Principal Investigator. They will be evaluated via a peer-review procedure, successively by the ANR and the JST.
ANR will provide French teams with a funding of a maximum o€500k per project. The requested funding must be adapted must be adapted to the number of French partners and the ambition of the project, for a duration of 5 years. French-Japanese consortia must submit their scientific project proposals to the ANR before 02 June 2025 at 10:00 (CEST), and to the JST before 03 June 2025 at 12:00 (JST).
