Projet Collectif "Science Avec et Pour la Société" – SAPSCOTEDAZUR22

Université Côte d'Azur will be the lead institution for the collective ANR SAPS Côte d'Azur project, alongside four partners: the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), the Institut National de Recherche pour l'Agriculture, l'Alimentation et l'Environnement (INRAE), the Institut National de la Santé et de la Recherche Médicale (INSERM), and the Observatoire de la Côte d'Azur (OCA).
The challenges and objectives of this project are to
- to enable the creation of numerous mediation tools
- raise awareness of scientific outreach among researchers
- promote the research carried out in the region to the general public
- to communicate on the projects funded by the ANR.

As with the three previous projects, all the mediation systems put in place have been designed to provide researchers with effective support. In fact, the system offers a choice of mediation modules, varying in posture (synchronous/asynchronous presence, captive/free audience, oral/written intervention, etc.), level of popularisation and time commitment required. This flexibility has already won the support of many scientists. What's more, the modules have been designed to complement each other from the outset, so as to contribute to the regional structuring of the players involved in scientific mediation and communication, and to ensure that the programme as a whole has an effective impact on the target audience on the Côte d'Azur.

As part of the promotion of projects funded by the ANR, all eligible projects will benefit from :
- A summary for the general public (accompanied by an adapted computer graphics)
- Photographs of the researcher-coordinator (institutional + staging)
- An interview on the career and scientific outreach activities of each researcher.

In addition to these, the researcher-coordinators will have the opportunity to choose an additional mediation device, either on their own initiative or from among those proposed below, and thus complete the resources created and disseminated as part of the ANR SAPS 2018-2019, 2020 and 2021 projects.

The proposed devices are :
-Scheme #1: Creation of a permanent digital communication, representative of the wealth of Côte d'Azur laboratories
-Scheme #2: Augmented reality science trail
-Scheme #3: Territorial networking of events organised by CSTI professionals, with the planning and adaptation of talks by researchers to suit the expected audience.
