Nano sensor for Hydrogen Leak Detection – NHyLeDect
Hydrogen is presented as the sustainable energy carrier of the future, as the cycle of hydrogen is one of the most ecologic among energy solutions. Hydrogen may be used to produce, store and transport energy and its possible applications are wide ranging.
This proposal is devoted to the research on innovative optical hydrogen leak sensors exploiting the properties of nanoparticles to bring a real breakthrough into the detection performances for example in terms of sensitivity and time responses.
