Découverte, Analyse, Recherche et Workshops sur les équipes projet dans un contexte d'incertitude – DARWIN

Submission summary

Our exploratory research aims at illuminating actions and interactions under uncertainty and rapid changes. We propose an original methodology based on a longitudinal case study. We will study in real time a team project of alpinists who expect to cross the Cordillere Darwin, in Patagonia. The expected results aim at a better understanding of how micro-activities, practices and interactions can generate new competences in this context.
