Treatments and Adherence to Treatment protocols (OH-TREAT 2026)
The French National Research Agency (ANR) participates in an international call for projects launched by the EUP OHAMR (European Partnership on One-Health AMR). The call will involve 37 funding organizations from 28 countries. The total budget will be over 31 million euros. Proposals will be evaluated in two steps. The action will be launched on November 18th 2025 and applicants will have up to February 2nd 2026 to submit their pre-proposals.
Prediction of cerebral injury secondary to endovascular recanalization of acute ischemic stroke – PRECISE-STROKE
Brain infarction (BI) is the major cause of dependency. TThe occurrence of an hemorrhagic transformation after successful revascularization decrease sby 20% the rate of functional recovery at 3 months. Experimental studies suggest that thrombo-inflammatory mechanisms contribute to HT but their mitigation has yet to prove its efficacy. We aim to characterize individual predictive biomarkers of HT to propose a tailored management of this complication in patients.

Bio-relevant anion radicals excited states dynamics study in solution by pump–repump–probe spectroscopy – Rad3P
Ionizing radiation produces ultrafast reactive species such as solvated electrons and radical anions of biomolecules. Their excited states may trigger dissociative electron attachment (DEA), a potential pathway for DNA damage. Understanding these states requires a new experimental approach that combines electron pulses with femtosecond spectroscopy in solution. RAD3P aims to overcome this gap.

Towards an Electric Dipole Moment (EDM) with atoms and molecules in Matrix (EDMMA) – EDMMA
EDMs are probes of choice for new sources of CP violation, complementary to accelerators. EDMMA developed a platform of Cs atoms trapped in cryogenic matrices (rare gases and parahydrogen): high density, inert environment, and optical addressing of 6s–6p transitions. The project aimed to identify trapping sites and relaxation/photobleaching mechanisms, then prepare spin readout (microwave/ESR) for future EDM measurements.
