Information day on the ERA PerMed Joint Transnational Call 2022: "Prevention in Personalised Medicine”

What are the objectives, the scope as well as the application procedures for the new ERA PerMed 2022 call for research proposals on personalised medicine? Launched on December 1st in partnership with 33 funding organisations including the French National Research Agency (ANR), ERA-NET ERA PerMed is offering an information and discussion webinar in English, on Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 13:00 to 14:30 (CET).

This call for proposals aims to finance transnational research and innovation projects dedicated to "Prevention in Personalised Medicine" and has a total budget of around € 29 million.

The JTC2022 is constructed around the following three research areas in order to ensure the development of specific PM approaches considering the major aspects needed for their successful implementation in the health systems:

• “Translating Basic to Clinical Research and Beyond”,
• “Data and Information and Communication Technology (ICT)”,
• “Responsible and Effective Implementation in Healthcare”.

With the information day, ERA PerMed aims to present the JTC2022 to the research community, to give applicants the opportunity to ask questions and to provide, with the help of ERA PerMed experts, input regarding the integration of ELSA (ethical, legal and social aspects) and on the preparation of Data Management Plans. Finally, a question-and-answer session is planned with the participants.
