Family and inequality – FAMINEQ
Over the past 50 years, industrialized countries have experienced profound economic and demographic changes. These changes concern the distribution of income between individuals and the family structure in which these individuals live (lower nuptiality and birth rates, delays in cohabitation, increase in the number of divorces and single parenthood).
Linguistic and Intercultural Mediations in a context of International Migrations – LIMINAL
What do the social spaces of migration do to languages? In what ways do languages challenge migration policies? How can we qualify the languages of migration, the «migralects«? These questions have mobilised the researchers of the LIMINAL programme from 2017 to 2021. On the Franco-Italian and Franco-British borders, in the camps and reception and accommodation centers, the team has developed an innovative methodology to account for a new pragmatics of the languages in migration context.
Postwar agrarian capitalisms. A comparative perspective – PWACCOP
The PWACCOP project is a research project coordinated by Jacobo Grajales, Professor of Political Science at the University of Lille. It involves researchers from CERAPS (University of Lille), the Institute of Ethno-Sociology (Université Félix Houphoët-Boigny, Abidjan) and the University of Magdalena (Colombia). The project started in October 2017 and lasted 60 months. It received an ANR grant of €164,719.
Effects of convection and cirrus clouds on the Tropical Tropopause Layer over the Indian Ocean – CONCIRTO
CONCIRTO is a 62-month young researcher project funded by the National Research Agency. It aims to study the impact of deep convection and cirrus on the water vapor balance in the tropical UTLS of the southern hemisphere.
Bimetallic complexes of photoswitchable phosphines and uses in catalysis – Switch-Phos
The main objective of this project is to develop the synthesis of new photo-switchable phosphorus complexes for catalytic uses.
Activation Mechanism of Bora-Plk1 Regulating Entry into mitosis – AMBRE
Decoding the molecular mechanism leading to mitotic entry
New diagnostic and therapeutic solutions to cotrol bleeding complications during the use of mechanical circulatory support devices

Development of an ultra-thin monitor for charged particle beams – PEPITES
High-performance, robust and reliable monitors ensure the quality of radiotherapy by proton beam used in cancer treatment. During the irradiation of the patient, the monitors are continuously crossed by the beam and must be as thin as possible so as not to disturb it; they must also have excellent radiation resistance to last over the long term. PEPITES offers an innovative approach in this area.
The HI-to-H2 transition in the high redshift Universe – HIH2
Constraining the conversion from atomic to molecular gas at high redshift using absorption spectroscopy.
A Sustainable Cooperative Catalysis for the Introduction of SRf groups by C-H functionalization – SCoopCH
The design of new and sustainable approaches to builp up fluorinated molecules from simple building blocks is a real challenge for our society. In particular, more eco-compatible solutions based on a cooperative catalysis for the transition metal-catalyzed functionalization of molecules by C-H bond activation will be developed in the SCoopCH project to access SRf-containing compounds of interest.
