L'appel à projets (AAP) "Scientific and technological cooperation in Plant Genome Research as basis for the "Knowledge Based Bio-Economy" lancé par la France (ANR), l'Allemagne (BMBF) et l'Espagne (MEC) est paru.
Cet AAP fait suite à l'AAP "B" de l'ERA Plant Genomics de 2006. Le présent AAP définit 4 champs thématiques au sein de la génomique végétale :
- bioénergie
- biomatériaux et bioproduits ( usines végétales)
- production, en conditions de durabilité, d'aliments végétaux plus sains et de meilleure qualité sécuritaire
- biologie des systèmes
et est ouvert avec une préférence pour les projets conduits en partenariat public/privé. Les partenaires relevant de pays autres que les trois mentionnés ci-dessus sont éligibles sous certaines conditions précisées dans le texte de l'AAP et dans ses annexes.
