Vers un Outil de Programmation Adapté aux Moyens de Productions – VOPAMP

Submission summary

This project deals with the production of manufactured parts for cars, aeronautics and molds. The mechanical production is an essential field for industry. It consists to design and implement all the necessary techniques to the realization of a mechanical system imagined by engineers or inventors. French and European manufacturing industry currently supports strong economic constraints related to the globalisation of the economic markets. To maintain the production of such parts in Europe, the companies must obtain significant profits of productivity, which require at the same time organisational questionings but also the implementation of major technological developments. The objective of this project is to undertake prospective research which will make it possible to make move the manufacturing processes of the parts on the level of the programming and the command of the machines of production. This study aims at carrying out researches in order to optimize the command of the machines of production. This objective will be achieved through the resolution of three open problems: - the installation of a method of calculation of the paths by optimization under constraint; - the adapted modelling of the mechanical behaviour of the structure of the means of production; - and the definition of a coherent format of description of the paths with the two precedents item.
