Call for proposals : ACCESS ERC STARTING GRANTS 2025
The purpose of the ACCESS ERC call is to support young talents in the preparation of an application to the ERC Starting Grants call, by enabling them to strengthen their CVs, so that they could be competitive in this specific call. The Access ERC programme consists in financing two-year (24 months) post-doctoral contracts for young PhDs hosted in French research labs.
Recherche sur l’eau : Water4All signe un accord de coopération avec l’UNESCO
Le 26 novembre 2024, un accord de coopération a été mis en place entre le Programme hydrologique intergouvernemental (PHI) de l'UNESCO et le partenariat européen Water4all, coordonné par l’Agence nationale de la recherche (ANR), afin de mener des initiatives communes pour le développement et la diffusion de connaissances et d'innovations dans le domaine de l'eau, et accélérer la mise en œuvre des Objectifs de développement durable (ODD) de l'ONU.

Prediction of cerebral injury secondary to endovascular recanalization of acute ischemic stroke – PRECISE-STROKE
Brain infarction (BI) is the major cause of dependency. TThe occurrence of an hemorrhagic transformation after successful revascularization decrease sby 20% the rate of functional recovery at 3 months. Experimental studies suggest that thrombo-inflammatory mechanisms contribute to HT but their mitigation has yet to prove its efficacy. We aim to characterize individual predictive biomarkers of HT to propose a tailored management of this complication in patients.

This project explores how early-life stress disrupts the neural coding of odor hedonic value and the dopaminergic reward system. It combines neurobiological analyses in mice with translational studies in humans to develop a remediation strategy combining olfactory stimulation and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS).
