L’Agence nationale de la recherche (ANR) publie son Plan d’action, ainsi que l’Appel à projets générique (AAPG) 2027. Cette nouvelle édition réaffirme sa mission : soutenir la recherche sur projets, dans tous les domaines scientifiques et toutes les disciplines, en donnant toute sa place à la recherche fondamentale, exploratoire et guidée par la curiosité des chercheurs et des chercheuses. L’excellence scientifique demeure le principe central de l’évaluation des projets. Le Plan d’action 2027 introduit plusieurs évolutions visant à renforcer la qualité, la visibilité et la structuration des projets, notamment dans leur articulation avec les financements européens. Les cinq instruments de l’AAPG sont reconduits. Plusieurs nouveautés sont mises en place, en particulier pour les projets de recherche collaborative (PRC), les projets mono-équipe (PRME), les règles de dépôt, les dispositifs d’accompagnement vers l’Europe et l’introduction d’une nouvelle priorité stratégique consacrée aux PFAS.

Dans le cadre du Plan d’action et de l’Appel à projets générique (AAPG) 2026 publiés aujourd’hui, l’Agence nationale de la recherche (ANR) annonce de nouvelles mesures pour simplifier et optimiser chaque étape de la vie des projets, de l’identification des opportunités de financement à la clôture en passant par le dépôt, la contractualisation et le suivi.
Signature du Contrat d’objectifs et de performance 2026-2030 entre l’Etat et l’ANR
Philippe Baptiste, ministre de l’Enseignement supérieur, de la Recherche et de l’Espace, et Claire Giry, Présidente-directrice générale de l’Agence nationale de la recherche (ANR) ont signé le 17 décembre 2025 le Contrat d’objectifs et de performance (COP) 2026-2030 engageant l’ANR et l’Etat. Il fixe le cadre des actions et les orientations stratégiques de l’Agence pour les cinq prochaines années.

European research funding programmes: The ANR’s actions to improve French participation
European research and innovation framework programmes, such as Horizon Europe, provide unique funding opportunities for France and its research teams. That is why the Ministry of Higher Education and Research rolled out a National Action Plan to improve French participation in these programmes: the PAPFE. An overview of the actions proposed by the French National Research Agency (ANR) within the framework of this plan, with two schemes created in 2022.

The French Presidency of the Council of the European Union (FPCEU), being held from 1 January to 30 June 2022, is a major opportunity to strengthen the exposure of the French and European Higher education, research and innovation (HERI) community. In this context, more than 70 labelled events by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI) are held by organisations, operators or institutions. The French National Research Agency (ANR) organises and takes part in several FPCEU-labelled events. This is an opportunity to review the actions and instruments implemented by the ANR to strengthen European scientific collaborations.
EP PerMed - Research, Innovation and Technology Call (2026) - Test and Demonstration of Multimodal Data Approaches for Personalised Medicine (MultiPMData2026)
In the frame of the European Partnership for Personalised Medicine, EP PerMed, (supported by the European Union under Horizon Europe, Grant Agreement N° 101137129), the French National Research Agency (ANR), in collaboration with 19 funding organisations, launches a joint transnational call for proposals as Research, Innovation and Technology Call on “Test and Demonstration of Multimodal Data Approaches for Personalised Medicine, acronym: MultiPMData2026”. The available budget for this call is over 14.8 Mio€.
