France 2030 - PEPR ATLASea : "Un atlas des génomes marins" - appel à projets 2025
Le PEPR ATLASea, piloté par le CNRS et le CEA, a pour objectif de séquencer et analyser des milliers de génomes de référence issus de la biodiversité marine. Dans le contexte du Earth Biogenome Project et du European Reference Genome Atlas, ATLASea s’inscrit dans une dynamique internationale dont le but est de mieux comprendre le vivant à travers l’analyse de génomes représentatifs de sa diversité et issus de centaines de millions d’années d’évolution. A l’heure où la biodiversité est soumise à une pression anthropique accrue, il est urgent de réaliser cet inventaire, dont l’une des applications est d’accroître notre capacité à étudier, surveiller et préserver les écosystèmes. La biodiversité marine est un enjeu particulièrement important car elle est mal connue mais cependant cruciale pour les équilibres naturels, tant physiques (production d’oxygène, séquestration du carbone) que biologiques. La France dispose de la deuxième zone économique exclusive marine au monde, et est dotée d’atouts importants pour l’étude de sa biodiversité marine. Ainsi, le PEPR ATLASea fédère des acteurs clés comme le CNRS, le CEA, le Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle (MNHN), l’Ifremer, Sorbonne Université, l’Université Aix-Marseille, Paris Sciences Lettres, et plusieurs stations marines autour de trois projets ciblés : DIVE-Sea pour l’échantillonnage, SEQ-Sea pour le séquençage, et BYTE-Sea pour l’infrastructure informatique.
4th transnational call for proposals 2024 of the European Clean Energy Transition Partnership (CETP)
The fourth Joint Call 2025 of the Clean Energy Transition Partnership (CETPartnership), co-funded by the European Commission under the Horizon Europe programme, brings together over 35 funding agencies from 28 countries. This coordinated effort aims to support innovative projects that advance the energy transition. In France, the French National Research Agency (ANR) and the Pays de la Loire Region Council are participating of this call.
Belmont Forum - RESILIENCE: Vulnerability and resilience management for socio-environmental systems in exposed territories
The Belmont Forum, an international partnership of research funding organizations of which ANR is a member, is launching a call for proposals in the area of risk science. The call, entitled “Resilience”, is designed to foster transdisciplinary research around vulnerability and resilience management for socio-environmental systems in exposed territories.
African-European call for proposals "Climate Services for Risk Reduction in West Africa (CS4RRA)" – 2026
Funding agencies from Europe and Africa and JPI Climate are launching an international call for proposals to fund research projects and innovation, “Climate Services for Risk Reduction in West Africa”. The overall strategic aim of the CS4RRA initiative is to develop pathways to climate-resilience in Western Africa by contributing to long-term multinational cooperation.

Belmont Forum - FORESTS 2024: Tropical Forests - Global Implications and Pressing Actions
The Belmont Forum, an international partnership of research funding organizations of which ANR is a member, is launching a call for projects recognizing the pressing challenges and opportunities to meet the targets under the Sustainable Development Goals and the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework in tropical forests worldwide. This Collaborative Research Action (CRA) aims at coordinating actions and projects with a transdisciplinary approach to develop innovative solutions to the challenges faced in tropical forest regions, Amazonia being the largest and most populated. Acknowledging the differences in governance, cultural diversity, and territorial configuration, this CRA spans tropical forests worldwide that face similar challenges.
France 2030 : Appel à manifestation d’intérêt PEPR FORESTT "Forêts et changements globaux : systèmes socio-écologiques en transition"
Le Programme et Équipement Prioritaire de Recherche (PEPR) FORESTT est un ambitieux programme de recherche interdisciplinaire sur la transition socio-écologique des systèmes forestiers, en zones tempérées, méditerranéennes et tropicales. Il se situe en amont de nombreux soutiens apportés par France 2030 à la filière forêt-bois le long du continuum recherche/formation-développement-innovation, mais vise aussi à faire fructifier des synergies entre le monde académique et le secteur socio-économique pour répondre à la problématique de l’adaptation et de la résilience des socio-écosystèmes forestiers aux changements globaux. Ses objectifs sont de (i) fédérer, structurer et pérenniser une recherche intégrée accompagneront les changements des socio-écosystèmes forestiers, (ii) promouvoir des approches systémiques, l’interdisciplinarité et la co-construction avec les parties prenantes, (iii) renforcer les capacités de formation initiale et continue, et (iv) proposer et expérimenter des trajectoires innovantes de gestion adaptative, de restauration et de conservation des forêts.

La pandémie a donné un aperçu à la fois des possibilités et des limites des outils actuels pour la collaboration médiée par le numérique. Que ce soit pour réduire nos déplacements, pour mieux mailler le territoire, ou pour affronter les problèmes et transformations des prochaines décennies, les défis du XXIe siècle vont nous demander de collaborer à une vitesse et à une échelle sans précédent.
