In the framework of its 2025 Work Programme, the French National Research Agency (ANR) proposes the MRSEI call with a continuous submission format throughout the year with two scheduled selection sessions.
Call JPI JPND – Care 2025: Health and social care research with a focus on the moderate and late stages of neurodegenerative diseases
JPND launches this joint transnational call for proposals, in which ANR is participating, with the aim to improve the well-being of people with neurodegenerative diseases through medical sciences, social sciences and humanities research. More specifically, proposals will aim to increase understanding of the factors that hamper social inclusion, civic participation, dignity and quality of life of patients and their families and to develop more adequate concepts of easily accessible support for people with neurodegenerative diseases at moderate, advanced and end of life stages.

Pharmacogenomic strategies for personalised medicine approaches (PGxPM2025)
In the frame of the European Partnership for Personalised Medicine, EP PerMed, (supported by the European Union under Horizon Europe, Grant Agreement N° 101137129), the French National Research Agency, in collaboration with 35 funding organisations, launches the second joint transnational call for proposals on “Pharmacogenomic strategies for personalised medicine approaches (PGxPM2025)”. The available budget for this call is over 36.5 Mio€.

Pre-clinical therapy studies for rare diseases using small molecules and biologicals – development and validation ERDERA 2025
Research studies on therapies using small molecules, small non-coding chemically synthesized nucleic acid-based therapies, repurposed drugs or biologicals (e.g., antibodies or proteins such as enzymes, immune modulators or growth factors etc.). Proposals must cover at least one of the following areas:

The AGROECOLOGY Partnership, funded by the European Union as part of Horizon Europe, which unites the European Commission and 72 partners across 26 Member States, is a research and innovation program aiming to quicken agroecological transition by developing a network of living labs and research infrastructures, enabling the production of innovative solutions with a multi-stakeholder approach and a real-world experimentation.

France 2030 - PEPR 5G et réseaux du futur - Appel à projets "Architectures, techniques et technologies émergentes" - 2024
Dans la dynamique de France Relance et dans le cadre du plan France 2030, la 5G et les futures technologies de réseaux de télécommunications ont été identifiées, d’une part, comme un marché cible à fort potentiel de croissance et sur lequel la France dispose de réelles capacités et, d’autre part, comme une composante clé du développement de l’ensemble des secteurs d’activité. L’État a lancé le 6 juillet 2021 une stratégie d’accélération dédiée, afin de faire de la 5G un outil de compétitivité industrielle et de repositionner la France à la pointe sur les futures technologies de réseaux. Dans le cadre de cette stratégie, le gouvernement a décidé de soutenir l’activité de R&D à travers le Programme et Equipements Prioritaires de Recherche PEPR Réseaux du Futur.
PEPR NumPEx - Appel à projets « Numérique pour l’Exascale » - 2024
Le programme français Exascale NumPEx (numérique pour l’Exascale) vise à concevoir et développer les composants logiciels qui équiperont les futures machines exascales et à préparer les principaux domaines d'application scientifique et industrielle à exploiter pleinement les capacités de ces machines. NumPEx contribuera à la réponse du consortium Jules Verne à l'appel à manifestation d'intérêt (AMI) prochain de EuroHPC, dans le but d'accueillir et d'exploiter l'une des deux machines exascale européennes prévues en Europe d'ici 2025. Le programme NumPEx contribue à la constitution d'un ensemble d'outils, de logiciels, d'applications et également de formations souveraines qui permettront à la France de rester l'un des leaders dans ce domaine en développant un écosystème national Exascale coordonné avec la stratégie européenne et de permettre à l'Europe d'être à la pointe de la compétition internationale.
