Everyday trade unionism in Africa – SyndiQuAf
Study of trade unionism in three countries (Burkina Faso, Senegal, Sudan) by a multidisciplinary social science team.
Evolution of chemoreception in relation to land-to-water transition(s) in Adephaga beetles – Evo-AquaSense
Chemical senses play a key role in species adaptation to new ecological niches, notably in insects. Understanding how the fundamentally aerial chemosensory equipment of insects was remodelled in lineages that underwent land-to-freshwater transition is of major interest to evolutionary ecology but remains unexplored.
Evolution of extreme sea levels in the context of climate change – ClimEx
Characterization and understanding of changes
Evolution of genes and genomes after whole genome duplication – GenoFish
The GenoFish project aimed to study the specific duplication of teleost fish that took place 320-350 million years ago using comparative genomics approaches. For this, the GenoFish project has developed new genomic resources and new methodological tools.
Evolution of the Cambrian and Ordovician Biodiversification Onset Over Space and Time – ECO-BOOST
The ECO-BOOST project aims to compare the diversity of modeled species with empirical data based on fossils, then to project them onto new paleogeographic reconstructions, in order to propose the first reconstruction, through time and space, of the Early Paleozoic biodiversification.
Evolution of the profile of Fusarium species and associated mycoToxins in wheats under climate changes: understanding the present to anticipate the future – EvolTox
In a context of climate change, assessing the evolution of the risk associated with the contamination of wheat with mycotoxins produced by fungal species belonging to the genus Fusarium is crucial to ensure the safety of future cereal-derived food products in France. EvolTox proposes to tackle this challenge and deliver the basal knowledge and its integration in models simulating the occurrence of fusariotoxins in wheat harvests in relation to various climatic contexts.
Evolutionary Ecology of fossil anthropoid primates in Southeast Asia – EVEPRIMASIA
Better understanding the evolutionary history of the anthropoid primates in Southeast Asia through the fossil record of the Central Basin of Myanmar
Exhaust gas selective sensing using printed RF gas sensors – CARDIF
Exposure to toxic gases or volatile organic compounds affects public safety and health. With the Internet of Things, widescale roll-out of gas sensors becomes accessible in order to monitor and analyze the environment, in public or private spaces. CARDIF project aims for the development of devices printed on flexible substrates and based on transduction in the radiofrequency range.
Expanding the repertoire of STructurally conserved AviRulence proteins in plant pathogenic fungi to propose knowledge-driven plant resistance management – STARlep
The STARlep project aims at exploring structural and functional diversity among L. maculans avirulence (AVR) proteins to propose knowledge-driven plant resistance management. It includes structural characterisation of L. maculans AVR and their classification into structural families, determination of the plant proteins and cellular processes targeted by the AVR proteins and identification of resistances recognizing effectors with contrasted structures and functional mechanisms.
Experiences of violence and forms of mobilisation in Myanma – EVIMOB
contentious action. The coup d'état of February 1, 2021, abruptly put an end to Myanmar’s democratic experiment
