Water4All 2025 Joint Transnational Call “Water and health”
The call is launched in the framework of the Water4All European partnership – Water security for the planet, co-funded by the European Union within the frame of the Horizon Europe programme – and support research and innovation projects aiming at addressing key challenges related to the link between water and human health, including water quality, contaminants, and water treatment technologies. The Water4All 2025 JTC also considers the One Health approach, recognizing the interconnections between human, environmental, and animal health. It also prioritizes the development of accurate, efficient, and cost-effective water quality monitoring methods to improve risk assessment and management. The advance in the implementation of sustainable water treatment technologies is recognized as crucial for ensuring safe drinking water and effective sanitation.
