A post-doctoral position performed abroad by young French researchers, or young foreign researchers supporting their thesis in France, represents a main advantage for a scientific career. The return of these young researchers is crucial for the development of excellent research in our country. The aim of the "Post-doctoral Return” programme is to facilitate this return. It also aims at increasing the experience of those young researchers and helping them for a future recruitment in a research organisation or in a company in France.
Projects are open to all research disciplines. Maximal duration of the project is limited to three years; financial resources will be allocated to carry out an ambitious and innovative project of research, on the national territory.
The project proposals must be submitted on the ANR submission web site before the call for proposals closing deadline: March 13th, 2012 at 1h00 pm (Paris local time).
Each partner must confirm participation in the proposal by signing its administrative and financial document. This document is generated from the ANR submission site after closure of the call for proposals. Once scanned in PDF format, the coordinator must upload it to the submission web site no later than: March 28th, 2012 at 1h00 pm (Paris local time).
The scientific document is the scientific description of the proposal. It must not exceed 25 pages, by using the layout and typography supplied by ANR.
