Higher Education Partnership - Chad – PEA-Tchad

This project is part of a very long collaboration between the INSTA of Abeche (Chad) and the UJM of Saint-Etienne (France). It concerns the bachelor's level (professional and classical in the field of renewable energy), master's level (with a double degree from Chad and France) and doctorate level with co-directed theses (Master and doctorate in Engineering Sciences).

At the bachelor's level, two paths will be implemented: One professional path that will lead directly to working life, the other classical academic path that will allow students to continue their studies in master.

At the master's level, the second year will lead to a double degree delivered by INSTA of Abéché and the Jean Monnet University of Saint-Etienne. All of the French and Chadian teachers (with the exception of the English teacher) are all PhDs.

The doctorate will be carried by the young Chadian Doctoral School, the theses will be co-directed by a Chadian teacher-researcher (doctor from the University of Saint-Etienne) and a teacher-researcher from Saint-Etienne.
