Synthesis of pyrazoline derivatives via [3+2] cyclization. Towards an asymmetric and catalytic version of the reaction. – HUISPHOS
Phosphine plays a key role as stœchiometric reagent in a variety of reactions in which, most of the time, the phosphine is oxidized. If they are very effective, these reactions are also generative of an important quantity of waste, which complicates their purifications. Within the framework of this project, we suggest using in these reactions a catalytic quantity of phosphine.
Semantic visual analysis and 3D reconstruction of urban environments – SEMAPOLIS
The increasing availability of images and 3D data of cities suggests many uses. However, these applications require rich information of a higher level: semantic (nature and relationships of observed objects) and/or geometric (3D models). But the techniques for producing this rich information remain limited, constrained by the small number of annotated data and the specificities of urban objects to be reconstructed in 3D. Semapolis contributed to addressing these scientific issues.
Pharmacological exploration of the role of Acid-Sensing Ion Channels in pain – PharmASIC
To provide a better understanding of the mechanisms of pain by exploring with innovative pharmacological tools the role of Acid-Sensing Ion channels (ASICs) in these processes, and to provide at the same time leads in the development of new analgesics.
