Yamine Ait Ameur est nommé responsable du département Numérique et Mathématiques de l’Agence nationale de la recherche (ANR) à compter du 1er septembre 2021. Il succède à Martine Garnier-Rizet qui occupait ce poste depuis 2017.
World’s research funders address the issues of open access and research integrity
The French National Research Agency participated in the second summit of the Global Research Council in Berlin on May 27-29, 2013. Heads of 70 research funding organisations from around the world endorsed statements concerning two major issues in scientific research: Open Access and Research Integrity.
Workshop on Privacy by Design (PbD)
This workshop is commissioned by the French National Research Agency (ANR) and organized by « Maison des Sciences de l’Homme ». The aim of this workshop is to examine the principle of "privacy-by-Design" (PbD), which emphasizes the need to take into account the respect for individuals’ privacy and the protection of their data from the very inception of ICTs and security and surveillance technologies as well as social networks.
Work Programme and Generic Call 2016 Published
On 18 June 2015, the ANR Governing Board adopted Work Programme 2016, a text outlining ANR's actions and calls for proposals for the 2016 budget exercise. Work Programme 2016 is the agency roadmap for the year to come; it presents the research priorities for 2016 as well as the funding instruments offered to researchers. The Work Programme is intended for the scientific communities, for academia and industry alike (especially SMEs and intermediate-sized companies).
Women and men in the Generic Call for Proposals (AAPG): ANR continues and enriches its analyses
As part of its commitments formalised in its 2020-2023 gender equality action plan, ANR aims to actively contribute to combating gender inequalities and other forms of discrimination and to move scientific culture towards the consideration of the sex and/or gender dimension in research projects.
