CelBoVax: Novel comprehensive approach to shape cattle cell-mediated immunity – CelBoVax
Limiting the overall use of antibiotics constitutes a topical challenge for food animal industry. To reach this objective, vaccination plays a critical role by reducing the incidence and severity of high-impact diseases. At present, new alternatives to conventional antibody-based vaccines are necessary for controlling numerous animal diseases. In this context, CelBoVax proposes an innovative approach to produce next-generation vaccines aimed at boosting cattle cell-mediated immunity.
Evolution of a novel left-right asymmetry in Drosophila pachea – NovelAsym
How developmental pathways change during animal evolution to give rise to novel asymmetries is unknown. Well established model organisms do not exhibit suitable characters to study this phenomenon, so
Impact of pesticide use on avian populations in French vineyards: an integrative approach – VITIBIRD

Suscept-Ext: UNDERSTANDING SUSCEPTIBILITY TO EXTINCTION USING HISTORICAL MUSEUM SPECIMENS AS A GENETIC TIME SERIES – Suscept-Ext
Our objectives are to make what is to our knowledge, the first real time assessment of genetic response to anthropogenic environmental change across multiple species following first human presence.
The sexual realities of today’s youth: inequalities, relationships, identities – JEUNES

Skin-projecting nociceptors as gate-keepers of neutrophil-driven damage during contact dermatitis – NEUROSHIELD
Sensing and integration of environmental cues (e.g., presence of contact allergens or tissue damage) by skin-resident structural, neuronal and immune cells allow to trigger appropriate response and maintain homeostasis. Dysregulation of this equilibrium can contribute to the development of allergic skin inflammation, including allergic contact dermatitis (ACD). We and others have shown that, sensory neurons have the potential to influence immune cells and associated inflammation.

Knowledge Compilation for Data Analysis – KCODA
KCODA is an ANR JCJC project which aims to design new algorithms for answering complex aggregation queries on databases using techniques and data structures from knowledge compilation.
Comprehension of the perceptual outcomes of touch – COMTACT
Tactile perception relies on the stimulation of skin mechanoreceptors and on the processing of the evoked response in the brain. To our knowledge, little research has been devoted to uncovering the cascade of the whole “perception chain”, i.e. from the mechanical stimuli, through the signal conversion and transmission, up to the higher-order neural processes related to the interaction of the body part with the surface.
