Mapping Environnemental DEbates on Adaptation – MEDEA
Challenge Of water Quality in Urban Environmental Issue: Recife Aquifers and Land use. How to face groundwater salinisation and contamination under global environmental change in its societal context – COQUEIRAL
Evacuated persons at the french-german border in 1939-1945 – EDEFFA
Over one million german and french people were evacuated from the border's cities of Karlsruhe, Sarrebruck and Strasbourg in 1939-1940 ; more often, they were coming from Alsace and Moselle in France, Sarre, Bade and Palatinat in Germany. During the first world war, the french government has already experimenced such an exodus of its population, especially in North and East France because of the german invasion.
Equity in Risky Intertemporal Economic Environments – EquiRisk
Produce evaluation tools aggregating different dimensions of well-being in risky intertemporal economic environments, so that we can assess the equity of individual situations.
Practical algorithms for ontology-based data access – PAGODA
<br />
Functional genomics to dissect complex human lupus phenotype – LEDsGO
Trying to understand the mechanism of the different phenotypic traits of lupus, a severe and heterogeneous autoimmune disease, is a huge and essential effort to lead to the development of new therapeutic targets. We have developed new transgenic murine models, with deregulation of gene expression as observed in lupus patients, which we propose to analyse in this project to better understand the mechanisms of this disease.
UNESCO frictions: Heritage-making across global governance – UNESCO FRICTIONS
This project is an ethnographic exploration of heritage policies in the era of global governance. It traces the social life of the UNESCO Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) from diplomatic discussions in UNESCO boardrooms, through its implementation by national institutions in Greece, Brazil, and China, to its local appropriations. At the same time, it compares different interpretations of the Convention’s participatory shift.
Relative importance of ecological and evolutionary determinants of coral reef fish biodiversity – REEFISH
nanoParticlEs of Plastics in the environment: Source, prediction and impact – PEPSEA
Pushing speciation frontiers for investigation of mercury and its detoxification by selenium in key organisms – MERSEL
