XopAC-triggered vascular immunity in plants – XOPAQUE
The phytopathogenic bacterium Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris (Xcc) is the causal agent of black rot in Brassicaceae (Cabbages, turnip, radish, Arabdopsis,...). To infect the plant, Xcc injects type III proteins in the plant cell to manipulate plant physiology and/or immunity. In the frame of the ANR Xopaque, we will search for xopAC targets in Arabidopsis plants resistant or susceptible to Xanthomonas.
Shape Analysis and Registration of People Using Dynamic Data – SHARED
Project SHARED aims at investigating novel shape analysis and registration method that exploits large redundancy of information from movement data that have been captured from people.
Menin and alpha-cell plasticity: identification of cellular and molecular bases of a-cell transdifferentiation into insulin-expressing cells triggered by Men1 inactivation – ABC-Trans
The mechanisms responsible for alpha cell transdifferentiation into beta cells are currently unknown. The research program that we have proposed has been focalising on the identification of cellular and molecular bases of the transdifferentiation appeared in our model. This study should have a significant impact on the treatment of pathologies affecting pancreatic endocrine cells, in particular, diabetes.
Structural studies of cellular membrane fusion proteins involved in C. Elegans organogenesis – CellMemFusion
viruses, where they allowed to extract the common features present in proteins that have a completely different
Tolerance of DNA replication stress – TODS
Aberrant entry into S phase yields replication associated double-strand DNA breaks. Many chemotherapies aim at selective killing of tumour cells via stress overload. Hence, a thorough understanding of the mechanisms of the DNA damage response is necessary to improve current cancer treatments.
Genomic alteration of conserved non coding sequences in human malformation – EvoDevoMut

Early abnormalities in a mouse model for myotonic dystrophy : a model for Congenital Myotonic Dystrophy ? – MODELCDM
achieved so far to explain the molecular basis of DM1 features, the CDM form of the disease remains a mystery [...] decipher the molecular basis of at least some features of the severe congenital myotonic dystrophy.
Genetic determinism and functional and pharmacological evaluation of spinocerebellar degenerative disorders linked to lipid gene mutations. – LIGENAX
understanding of common neurological disorders, also featuring axonal and/or cerebellar degeneration. The
