ANR BTR2013 2013 – ANR RTB2013 2013
The BTR program with 15,000 m2 of clean room facilities distributed in seven national facilities and a task force of about 400 researchers brings a strong support to the R&D activities in micro & nano
Topological Data Analysis: Statistical Methods and Inference – TopData
4 PhD students (not funded by ANR) and 1 engineer (not funded by ANR) are participating to this proposal [...] one year post-doctoral researcher (funded by the ANR) to work on the project. We propose to get organized
Validation of the spadin concept for the treatment of depression – VASPAC
particular AD properties. The first aim of this ANR project is to definitively validate the concept of [...] KCNK2-/-/Sort1-/- mice). The third objective of the ANR project aims at validating in humans the spadin, [...] translating them to humans has been very difficult. This ANR project has the ambition to characterize in humans
Control of Erythropoiesis by FGF23 and Pit1 – CERF
in the domain were funded by ANR (PHYSIOPATH ANR-07-PHYSIO-017-01; and ANR PIT LIRIC). Group 2 has a
MEsopontine CONtrol Of Stress – MECONOS
When overwhelming, stress increases the morbidity for psychiatric disorders such as major depression and inability to socially perform. These aberrant behaviours are reproduced in mice repetitively exposed to social defeats. This results in a persistent boost of dopamine (DA) transmission in the reward system. Identifying the inputs that shape DA responsiveness in response to social stress may form the pathophysiological basis for major psychiatric discorders.
Simulation of the Impact of Annex Gases (SOx, NyOx, O2 co-injected with CO2 during its geological storage) on the Reservoir-Rocks Reactivity – SIGARRR
The geological storage of CO2 will become a means for industrialized countries to reduce their emissions of greenhouse gases. Nevertheless, various impurities can be co-captured along with CO2, some of which are highly reactive, others toxic ... Therefore, the question of their potential co-storage raises.
APex-Technologies TElecom-ParisTech joint laboratory – APTE
Development of new solutions for measurment and instrumentation in the field of optical communications and related areas.
Semantic visual analysis and 3D reconstruction of urban environments – SEMAPOLIS
The increasing availability of images and 3D data of cities suggests many uses. However, these applications require rich information of a higher level: semantic (nature and relationships of observed objects) and/or geometric (3D models). But the techniques for producing this rich information remain limited, constrained by the small number of annotated data and the specificities of urban objects to be reconstructed in 3D. Semapolis contributed to addressing these scientific issues.
The cosmic origin of the Hubble sequence – spin(e)
What are the main drivers determining the morphology of galaxies, which are responsible for establishing the Hubble sequence? When did this happen? What is the role of acquired angular momentum in shaping galaxies? Is the early quenching of star formation in massive systems due to AGN feedback, or to reduced gas infall from cosmic flows, or to both? Can we understand the complete «baryon cycle«, where the evolution of the anisotropic IGM and galaxies are studied simultaneously?
MAgnetic inteRactions at Mercury between the InTerior and the Exosphere – MARMITE
The work conducted during this project relied on the analysis of measurements from the MESSENGER probe (NASA), in orbit between 2011 and 2015. We were able to 1/ describe Mercury's magnetic environment (from the dynamo field to interactions with the solar wind), and 2/ design and test different tools to extrapolate models, add additional constraints and parameters, and better prepare the observations of the BepiColombo mission.
