Biotechnology for a sustainable bioeconomy

ANR participates in the 2nd call of the ERA-NET Joint Call (CoFund) CoBioTech, bringing together 14 countries. The Joint Call call covers biotechnology. Applications must address one of the topics described below:

• Microbial communities (natural or synthetic), co-cultures and cascades of microorganisms for new products, value-added products and supply services as well as sustainable industrial processes.
• Pure cultures, cell free systems and enzymes for new products, value-added products and supply services as well as sustainable industrial processes

The aim of the co-funded call is to contribute to the transformation of the global economy from a dependence on fossil raw material to a sustainable bio-based economy.

Submission and evaluation of projects will be a one-step process. The proposals must be submitted correctly by the coordinator on the submission website of ERA-NET CoBioTech (https://www.submission-cobiotech.eu).

For projects selected for funding, each partner of the consortium will be funded directly by its respective national funding organisation. Therefore, all national regulations apply. In particular, the French applicants must read the document entitled “Modalités de participation pour les participants français” available on this webpage.
