Pre-announcement: a transnational call addressing the adverse and beneficial effects of food ingredients and food processing on hypersensitivities to food
The French National Research Agency (ANR) will launch an international call in the domain of nutrition and health under the umbrella of the JPI HDHL (“A Healthy Diet for a Healthy Life”) and within the framework of the ERA-Net ERA-HDHL. This call will include 9 funding agencies from 8 different countries. The call will follow a one-step evaluation process followed by a rebuttal. The call will be launched on February 2nd, 2021 and applicants will have up to the April 8th, 2021, 17h (CEST) to submit their proposals.
Pre-announcement: a large Joint Transnational Call on Researching and Advancing Climate Services Development soon to be launched
The French National Research Agency will launch, in partnership with 16 European countries, the first ERA4CS Cofund joint call for funding multilateral research projects on “development of efficient Climate Services in Europe”. The call is scheduled to be open on March 2016.

Pre-announcement: a joint call for transnational collaborative research projects on sustainable management of water resources in agriculture, forestry and freshwater aquaculture sectors soon to be launched
The Joint Programming Initiatives “Water Challenges for a Changing World” (Water JPI) and “Agriculture Food Security and Climate Change” (FACCE JPI) pre-announce the upcoming call for transnational collaborative research projects. As a member of both initiatives, ANR is joining partners from twenty three countries to issue this call. The indicative total available budget amounts to 26M€. The call is expected to open on 16.02.2016 with a closing date for pre-proposals on 19.04.2016.
Pre-announcement: Water JPI 2018 Joint Call “Closing the Water Cycle Gap – Improving Sustainable Management of Water Resources”
The Water JPI will soon open its 5th Joint Call within the ERA-NET Cofund program WaterWorks2017. This joint call aims to address research and innovation to support the implementation of EU water policy, on the thematic area “Closing the Water Cycle Gap” of the Water JPI Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA).
Pre-announcement: JPICH Conservation and Protection Call
The Joint Programming Initiative Cultural Heritage and Global Change (JPICH) is pleased to announce a new funding opportunity for transnational proposals. The Conservation and Protection call will support research into strategies, methodologies and tools to safeguard and use the physical components of our cultural heritage. The call will open on 1<sup>st</sup> May 2019.

The French National Research Agency (ANR), in partnership with 14 countries (Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Latvia, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, South Africa, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland) will launch a nineth joint call for proposals through the Joint Programming Initiative on Antimicrobial Resistance (JPIAMR).

PRCI: visit in Taiwan of one of the first ANR’s collaborations outside Europe
On the occasion of his trip to Asia, the French National Research Agency’s CEO and President Michaël Matlosz is in Taiwan to meet his counterparts of the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST). ANR and MOST is one of the oldest bilateral collaborations of the Generic Call for Proposals (International Collaborative Research Project – PRCI).
