ANR signs a protocol with TÜBITAK in Turkey
On 27 January 2014, in the context of the official visit of French President François Hollande in Turkey, Prof. Yücel Altunbaşak, President of TÜBITAK, the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey and Pascale Briand, Director General of the French National Research Agency, signed a protocol. This protocol consolidates the existing relations between both organisations, and provides for the funding of joint research projects between French and Turkish teams.
Preannouncement: A call for Transnational Research Proposals on “Biomarkers for Nutrition and Health”
The French National Research Agency will launch, in partnership with 12 European countries and Canada, the first ERA-HDHL Cofund joint call for funding multilateral research projects on “Biomarkers for Nutrition and Health”. The call is scheduled to be open on the 16th of February, 2016.
JPIAMR Junior Researchers Online Workshop
The Joint Programming Initiative on Antimicrobial Resistance, JPIAMR, is a global collaborative organisation and platform engaging 28 nations, including France by ANR and INSERM, to curb antimicrobial resistance (AMR) with a One Health approach.
Preliminary announcement: a call for European projects on the Interrelation of the Intestinal microbiome, Diet and Health
The French National Research Agency will launch, in partnership with 8 countries, the first HDHL-INTIMIC joint cofunded call for funding transnational research projects on “Interrelation of the Intestinal Microbiome, Diet and Health”. The call is scheduled to be opened on January 26th 2017.

Conférence en ligne « Numérique et patrimoine – enjeux et questionnements actuels » les 11 et 12 mars 2021
Quels sont les avancées et les enjeux de recherche actuels en matière de numérisation du patrimoine et de diffusion des connaissances ? L’ANR et la JPI on Cultural Heritage (JPI CH) organisent une conférence en ligne dédiée, les 11 et 12 mars 2021, avec le soutien de la direction générale des patrimoines du ministère de la Culture. La conférence est principalement destinée à un public de spécialistes en numérique et en sciences du patrimoine.
FACCE SURPLUS: strengthening European collaborative research for sustainable agriculture
The objective of FACCE SURPLUS is to support sustainable intensification of agricultural production. As part of the Joint Programming Initiative on Agriculture, Food Security and Climate Change (FACCE-JPI), this research funding programme brings together many European partners, including the French National Research Agency (ANR). Following a first call for international proposals launched in January, 67 pre-proposals were submitted in the first stage by teams from 21 countries.
