In the framework of its 2023 Work Programme, the French National Research Agency (ANR) proposes the MRSEI call with a continuous submission format throughout the year with four scheduled selection sessions.
Second Call for Partnerships with African Higher Education - PEA 2022
The French National Research Agency (ANR) launches the second call on «Partnerships with the African Higher Education», funded by the French Development Agency (AFD), in the context of the « Bienvenue en France » strategy held by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry for Higher Education, Research and Innovation, and Campus France. This actions aims at long-term partnership projects between one or more French Higher Education institutes and an African Higher Education institute, for graduate, master and PhD courses in some given activity sectors.
Scientific exploration of data from research infrastructures (ESDIR) - Edition 2023
The ESDIR 2023 call aims at helping the scientific valorization of remarkable data, observations and measurements that can only be realized within the framework of the research infrastructures and long-term programs labeled nationally or internationally. This 2023 edition is dedicated to the research campaigns conducted on two large infrastructures, French Oceanographic Fleet (FOF) and Astronomy and astrophysics using ground-based observatories (A&A), whose data are already acquired (FOF and A&A) or in the process of guaranteed acquisition by the start of the projects (only A&A).
Research targeting development of innovative therapeutic strategies in cardiovascular disease (CARDINNOV) – ERA4Health 2023
The French National Research Agency, in partnership with sixteen countries (Austria, Belgium- including Wallonia-Brussels, Flanders-, France, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain -including region of Andalusia-, Taiwan, the Netherlands, Turkey) is launching the novel international call for projects on cardiovascular disease under the umbrella of the Partnership ERA4Health (“Fostering a European Research Area for Health”).The total budget for this action is 19 million euros.
Research on open science practices and issues (AMI-SO)
The call for expressions of interest « Research on open science practices and issues » invites researchers to initiate a reflective and critical approach to observe and study their research practices in the context of open science. This AMI, which prepares for a future call for proposals, is open to all scientific communities.
Quantum Technologies: 4th Call for proposals of the ERA-NET QuantERA
The QuantERA programme, via the ERA-NET Cofund QuantERA II, coordinated by the National Science Centre (NCN), and with the ANR as one of its partners, is launching a new call for proposals to fund transnational research projects in Quantum Technologies, in support to the actions of the Quantum Technologies Flagship. The call gathers 36 funding organisations, including the ANR, in 29 countries.
PRIMA – Partnership for Research and Innovation in the Mediterranean Area call for proposals - Section 2 2022
PRIMA Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda identified 12 priorities for facing Mediterranean challenges related to Water management, Farming systems and Agro-food chains. In this context, ANR participates to the 2022 Section 2 joint transnational call for proposals to fund innovative research projects addressing the following 3 topics and the cross cutting issues among them:
New food resources and technologies to improve public health and food security (FOODRETEC) – JPI HDHL 2023
The French National Research Agency, in partnership with five countries (Austria, Ireland, Norway, Poland, and Romania) is launching the novel international call for projects on new food ingredients, new food or technologies and their contribution to healthy, sustainable diets under the umbrella of the JPI HDHL (“healthy Diet Healthy Life”). The total budget for this action is 4,3 million euros.
M-era.Net - From materials science and engineering to innovation for Europe
Within the framework of ERA-NET Cofund M-era.Net 3, the French National Research Agency (ANR), in partnership with 50 funding agencies from 36 different countries, launches a new call for proposals on materials science and engineering: M-ERA.NET 2022 (2023 edition for the ANR).
Large scale analysis of OMICS data for drug-target finding in neurodegenerative diseases - ERA-NET JPcofuND 2 - 2023
In the context of JPcofuND 2 ANR launches a joint transnational call; the aim is to establish a number of ambitious innovative, multi-disciplinary and multi-national collaborative research projects that seek to improve the understanding of the complex and multifactorial pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases by applying multi-OMICs and Big data approaches in order to generate useful information for the diagnosis, treatment, prognosis, and drug discovery of neurodegenerative diseases.
