Joint laboratories between research organizations and SMEs or intermediate-sized enterprises (Labcom) Call for proposals 2023
The purpose of this program is to encourage research actors to create new structured partnerships through the creation of "Joint Laboratories" between a SME or an intermediate-sized enterprise and a research laboratory. A Joint Laboratory is defined by the signing of a contract defining its operation, including:
New food resources and technologies to improve public health and food security (FOODRETEC) – JPI HDHL 2023
The French National Research Agency, in partnership with five countries (Austria, Ireland, Norway, Poland, and Romania) is launching the novel international call for projects on new food ingredients, new food or technologies and their contribution to healthy, sustainable diets under the umbrella of the JPI HDHL (“healthy Diet Healthy Life”). The total budget for this action is 4,3 million euros.
Call for proposals Science with and for Society - Innovative Ambitions - SAPS-RA-AI 2023
This specific, interdisciplinary and non-thematic call for projects, of the "Research-Action" type, is inspired by the Quebec programme AUDACE. Pour préparer la France à une nouvelle crise sanitaire majeure, le Gouvernement a lancé la stratégie d'accélération Maladies infectieuses émergentes (MIE) et menaces nucléaires, radiologiques, biologiques et chimiques (MN), inscrite dans le volet Santé Innovation 2030 du Plan d’Investissement France 2030. Cette stratégie doit permettre à l’Etat de comprendre, prévenir et contrôler les phénomènes d’émergence ou de réémergence de maladies infectieuses, pour en limiter les impacts, mais également de lutter contre les autres menaces MN.

Quantum Technologies: 4th Call for proposals of the ERA-NET QuantERA
The QuantERA programme, via the ERA-NET Cofund QuantERA II, coordinated by the National Science Centre (NCN), and with the ANR as one of its partners, is launching a new call for proposals to fund transnational research projects in Quantum Technologies, in support to the actions of the Quantum Technologies Flagship. The call gathers 36 funding organisations, including the ANR, in 29 countries.
Development of innovative strategies, tools, technologies, and methods for diagnostics and surveillance of antimicrobial resistance (DISTOMOS) - JPIAMR 2023
The French National Research Agency (ANR) is participating in an international call for projects launched by JPIAMR and by the ERA-NET JPIAMR-ACTION in the area of surveillance and diagnostics. The call involves 25 funding organizations from 19 countries. The total call budget is about 21 million euros. Proposals will be evaluated in two steps (pre-proposal/ full proposal).

The French National Research Agency, in partnership with sixteen countries (Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain -including region of Andalusia-, Taiwan, the Netherlands, Turkey) is launching the novel international call for projects on health equity under the umbrella of the Partnership ERA4Health (“Fostering a European Research Area for Health”). The total budget for this action is 13 million euros.
