Les maladies rares (MR) sont des pathologies chroniques handicapantes et trop souvent mortelles qui affectent chacune moins d’une personne sur 2000 au sein de la population générale. Toutefois, il est estimé qu’il existe 6000 à 8000 MR différentes et l’on estime qu’elles affectent 6 à 8 % de la population générale en France et en Europe. Face au défi que représentent ces maladies, de nombreuses initiatives ont été prises au niveau national et international.

L'action recherche hospitalo-universitaire en santé (RHU) vise à soutenir des projets de recherche translationnelle en santé ou de recherche clinique, qui pourront s'appuyer sur des recherches fondamentales en biologie, en épidémiologie, en sciences sociales ou en économie de la santé. L’action RHU souhaite prolonger ces travaux en vue d'un bénéfice pour la prise en charge des patients, l'amélioration de la compréhension des maladies, des traitements plus efficaces et mieux tolérés, ou une amélioration de la performance des systèmes de soin.

AAPG Generic call - 2023
The Generic Call for Proposals 2023 (AAPG 2023) is the French National Research Agency’s (ANR) main call. The French National Research Agency (ANR) is participating in an international call for projects launched by JPIAMR and by the ERA-NET JPIAMR-ACTION in the area of surveillance and diagnostics. The call involves 25 funding organizations from 19 countries. The total call budget is about 21 million euros. Proposals will be evaluated in two steps (pre-proposal/ full proposal).
