European Joint Programme SOIL - 1st external call (EJP SOIL-1)
The European Joint Programme SOIL started in February 2020 to create an integrated framework for agricultural soil research in Europe in order to enhance capacity, capability and knowledge in the area of soil research. The objective of this call is to foster holistic agricultural (forestry soils are not excluded) soil management practices which will assist in making a shift to diversify farming to include a variety of sustainable and environmental practices. To achieve this aim, knowledge about soil organic carbon (SOC) sequestration and biodiversity is essential. Thus, the call addresses three major topics: SOC sequestration, biodiversity and sustainable production and environment.
Joint call for proposals of ERA-Nets Cofund Susfood2 and FOSC: Innovative solutions for resilient, climate-smart and sustainable food systems
The ERA-NET Cofunds Susfood2 (Sustainable Food Production and Consumption) and FOSC (Food System and Climate) launch a joint call for transnational interdisciplinary research projects on Innovative solutions for resilient, climate-smart and sustainable food systems. It is a one-step application procedure.
Transnational Call for Proposals « Urban transformation capacities »
In the framework of the ERA-NET “Urban transformation capacities”, ANR is launching, in collaboration with 15 other partners from 13 European countries, a call for proposals, co-financed by the European Commission, to invite researchers, urban government authorities, – including cities and municipalities, – businesses, civil society and other stakeholders to build transnational consortia to create innovation and research projects that enable and support capacity building for urban transformations.
JPcofuND 2. Rapid-action call for expert Working Groups addressing the impact of COVID-19 on Neurodegenerative Diseases research
The ANR launches in collaboration with the ERA-NET JPcofuND 2 a rapid action call for leading scientists in the field to establish community-led Working Groups dedicated to discuss research strategies that concern the impact of COVID-19 on the development and progression of neurodegenerative disease as well as on the care of patients suffering from neurodegenerative diseases. These strategies can also consider the impact of COVID-19 on neurodegenerative disease research itself, how it is conducted and how it influenced technological innovations for neurodegenerative diseases.
Call for Expressions of Interest to establish a Knowledge Hub in the framework of the ERA-NET Cofund « Urban Accessibility and Connectivity »
In the framework of the ERA-NET « Urban Accessibility and Connectivity » (EN-UAC), ANR, together with 6 other partners from 5 European countries, is launching a call for Expressions of Interest to establish a Knowledge Hub composed of experts from academia and practitioners for the connection of projects and initiatives on the basis of R&I results synthesis and dissemination, in the field of sustainable urban accessibility and connectivity.
Sustainable Hydrogen Technology as Affordable and Clean Energy - EIG CONCERT-Japan - 2022
The European Interest Group (EIG) CONCERT-Japan is an international joint initiative aiming at support and enhance science, technology and innovation (STI) cooperation between European countries and Japan. Former ERA-NET program from 2011 to 2014, EIG CONCERT-Japan works as an independent collaboration since 2015. Within EIG CONCERT-Japan, the French National Research Agency (ANR), together with the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) and 13 other European partners, launches the international joint research call « Sustainable Hydrogen Technology as Affordable and Clean Energy ». This call is supported by 13 agencies located in the following countries: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Japan, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland and Turkey.
Quantum Technologies: 3rd Call for proposals of the ERA-NET QuantERA
The QuantERA ERA-NET, coordinated by the National Science Centre (NCN), and with the ANR as one of its partners, is launching a new call for proposals to fund transnational research projects in Quantum Technologies, in support to the actions of the Quantum Technologies Flagship. The call gathers 35 funding organisations, including the ANR, in 28 countries.
Appel à projets transnational dans le cadre du RIA «Long term Europe Africa Partnership on Renewable Energy» dans le domaine des énergies renouvelables
Dans le cadre du programme Europe-Afrique LEAP-RE, cofinancé par la Commission Européenne, 16 organisations de financement de la R&D, issues de 13 pays, lancent un appel à projets coordonné par l’ANR et le MESRS (Algérie). LEAP-RE est destiné à financer des projets transnationaux de recherche et d’innovation traitant du sujet des énergies renouvelables en Afrique afin d’accroître l'utilisation de celles-ci grâce à un ensemble équilibré de projets de recherche, de démonstration et de transfert de technologie sur les deux continents.
EU co-funded ERA-MIN Joint Call 2021: Raw materials for sustainable development and circular economy
In the framework of ERA-NET Cofund ERA-MIN 3, the French National Research Agency (ANR) launches, in partnership with 24 funding agencies from 21 different countries, the first joint call of ERA-MIN3 which is co-funded by the European Commission. This call will count with an indicative budget of €19 Million.
Multinational and translational research projects on Cerebrovascular Diseases including Small Vessels and Brain Barriers Dysfunction - ERA NET Neuron - 2022
The aim of the call is to fund multinational, collaborative research projects that will address important translational questions in the areas of stroke and other cerebrovascular diseases including small vessels disease (CSVD) and the dysfunction of brain barriers.
