Challenge IA-Biodiv : « Research in Artificial Intelligence in the field of Biodiversity »
To close the “AI for Humanity” day of debates held in Paris on 29 March 2018, the President of the French Republic delivered a speech on Artificial Intelligence (AI). As a continuation, a national program for AI was initiated, with a major section dedicated to research. The Villani report identifies four priority sectors posing major public-interest goals, including the environment.

11th Call of the CHIST-ERA ERA-NET

EU co-funded ERA-MIN Joint Call 2021: Raw materials for sustainable development and circular economy
In the framework of ERA-NET Cofund ERA-MIN 3, the French National Research Agency (ANR) launches, in partnership with 24 funding agencies from 21 different countries, the first joint call of ERA-MIN3 which is co-funded by the European Commission. This call will count with an indicative budget of €19 Million.
One Health interventions to prevent or reduce the development and transmission of antimicrobial resistance (JPIAMR_HARISSA)
The French National Research Agency, in partnership with twenty countries (Argentina, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldavia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom) is launching the thirteenth call for proposals under the umbrella of the JPIAMR. The initiative aims to promote international research on antimicrobial resistance. The global budget for this action will be over thirty millions of euros (including a financial support from the European Commission and from three funding organizations-SIDA, ICARS, IDRC- promoting research actions in low and middle-income countries).
