La loi n°2020-1674 du 24 décembre 2020 de programmation de la recherche pour les années 2021 à 2030, publié au Journal officiel du 26 décembre 2020, fait une large place à une conception renouvelée des relations entre sciences, recherche et société avec l’ambition de rendre possible l’avènement d’une science plus ouverte vers les citoyens pour reconsolider le lien démocratique au plus près des territoires et au service de la société française et européenne, capable d’irriguer l’ensemble des activités de la Nation pour renforcer la compétitivité de notre économie.
FONDS NATIONAL DE VALORISATION - ACCELERATION – Appel à projets 2021
Le Programme d’Investissements d’Avenir (PIA 1) a mis en place le Fonds National de valorisation (FNV) destiné à accroitre l’efficacité du dispositif français de valorisation de la recherche publique. Le FNV a permis la création, entre 2012 et 2014, de Sociétés d’Accélération de Transfert de Technologies (SATT).
Transnational Call for Proposals « Urban transformation capacities »

L'action recherche hospitalo-universitaire en santé (RHU) vise à soutenir des projets de recherche translationnelle en santé ou de recherche clinique, qui pourront s'appuyer sur des recherches fondamentales en biologie, en épidémiologie, en sciences sociales ou en économie de la santé. L’action RHU souhaite prolonger ces travaux en vue d'un bénéfice pour la prise en charge des patients, l'amélioration de la compréhension des maladies, des traitements plus efficaces et mieux tolérés, ou une amélioration de la performance des systèmes de soin.
Transnational call on standardised measurement, monitoring and/or biomarkers to study food intake, physical activity and health (HDHL-INTIMIC STAMIFY)
The French National Research Agency, in partnership with 7 countries (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, and Spain) is launching a fifth call for proposals through the ERA-NET HDHL-INTIMIC. The initiative aims to promote international research on nutrition and health. The global budget for this action will be of about 5,8 millions of euros.

The French National Research Agency, in partnership with nine countries (Belgium, Germany, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Norway, Poland, Spain and United Kingdom) is launching a sixth call for proposals under the ERA-NET ERA-HDHL. The initiative aims to promote international research on nutrition and health. The global budget for this action will be of 6,9 millions of euros.
11th Call of the CHIST-ERA ERA-NET
The ANR participates in the 10th call of the CHIST-ERA ERA-NET consortium (European coordinated research on long-term ICT and ICT-based scientific Challenges) bringing together 19 countries, with a budget of 11M€. EU co-funded ERA-MIN Joint Call 2021: Raw materials for sustainable development and circular economy
In the framework of ERA-NET Cofund ERA-MIN 3, the French National Research Agency (ANR) launches, in partnership with 24 funding agencies from 21 different countries, the first joint call of ERA-MIN3 which is co-funded by the European Commission. This call will count with an indicative budget of €19 Million.
One Health interventions to prevent or reduce the development and transmission of antimicrobial resistance (JPIAMR_HARISSA)
The French National Research Agency, in partnership with twenty countries (Argentina, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldavia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom) is launching the thirteenth call for proposals under the umbrella of the JPIAMR. The initiative aims to promote international research on antimicrobial resistance. The global budget for this action will be over thirty millions of euros (including a financial support from the European Commission and from three funding organizations-SIDA, ICARS, IDRC- promoting research actions in low and middle-income countries).
