Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games Security: launch of a JOP24 Flash call for projects by the ANR and SGDSN

The Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games will be held from 26 July to 11 August and 28 August to 8 September 2024 respectively. Their security, in a context of changing threats and risks, represents a major challenge for France. Research can contribute to meeting these challenges in providing new technological capabilities from innovative solutions linked to specific and dedicated research actions. In this context, the French National Research Agency (ANR) and the General Secretariat of Defence and National Security (SGDSN) are launching a Flash call for projects, whose objective is to develop the best technological solutions to meet the security challenges these major events pose. They also represent an opportunity for the security industry sector in terms of structuring, innovation development and international influence.
