Optimization for Inter and Intra Hospital Logistics – OIILH
In the management of healthcare production systems, controlling hospital flows and anticipating overcrowding are major challenges.
Real-time orchestration is needed to optimize patient flow management. It will result in better pooling of resources (technical
platforms, downstream beds). In this context, health professionals are lacking appropriate methodologies and decision-making and
steering tools. The OÏLH project, continuity of the ANR HOST 2012-2015 project, aims at designing and implementing an interactive
system for decision support in Intra and Inter hospital logistics with three main objectives centered on the patient: optimization of
upstream management, the Intra-Service patient pathway and the downstream management. The expected solutions are based on
obtaining, analyzing and exploiting health data from heterogeneous sources, taking into account confidentiality and security.
