Kinetically-tunable self-immolative aromatic spacers – KITUSE
After a photoactivation step, one or more bioactive compounds or fluorescent reporters will be released through the use of a self-immolative spacer.
Multi-functional memory elements using supramolecular self constructing interconnects – MultiSelf
The self-assembly of supramolecular architectures is used for realizing organic conductors with metallic properties, allowing us to test the possibility of transferring the spin information of the charge carriers, which can be modified through the electric, magnetic , or electromagnetic field. Novel devices can thus be realized.
Chemistry with quantum Monte Carlo – QMC=Chem
The aim of the QMC=Chem project is to develop an original simulation method allowing to use the computer as a virtual chemistry laboratory. This is made possible thanks to the overwhelming performance of supercomputers.
Use of Non-Innocent Ligands complexes as VERSatile ALternatives to noble metals – UNILVERSAL
In a context of increasingly compelling environmental and sustainability issues, this project is seeking to develop cost-effective alternatives to the use of noble metals in catalytic processes.
Interaction PGL /lectins and modulation of the host immune response by mycobacterial pathogens – PGLECT
We aim to follow complementary approaches in chemistry, microbiology, cell biology and immunology to unravel the molecular mechanisms of the immunomodulation of host cell response by bacterial lipids specific from the tuberculosis, leprosy or Buruli ulcer bacilli.
Architecture for MObiquitous REsilient Systems – AMORES
data that we coin as locanyms. To offer such features, the geo-primitives require some basic components
MRAM (Magnetic Memory) based Architecture for Reliable and low power Systems – MARS
the advent of memory technologies combining new features (non-volatility, density, performance, low power
Genome Interactions and Malaria transmission Efficiency in Anopheles gambiae – GIME
Our project aims at investigating the impact of the mosquito aquatic environment on its vectorial capacity and particularly the role of bacterial communities present in larval habitats and mosquito midguts.
Organic micro-resonators as label-free chemio- and bio-sensors in micro-fluidic environment – MIRODE
The aim of this project is focused on the design, fabrication and validation of e new type of optofluidic label-free sensor based on organic materials, and adapted to chemical and biological applications, in particular for real-time investigations of the dynamics of specific proteins on one hand, and for the detection of heavy ions in water on the other hand
Comparative analysis of signal transduction factors controlling cell cycle regulation in the alpha-proteobacteria – CASTACC
In the bacterial model species Caulobacter crescentus and Sinorhizobium meliloti the cell cycle, that is the coordination of DNA replication and asymmetric cell division, is controlled by a complex circuit composed by many regulators. In the project CASTACC, the two regulatory networks of these two species are compared using a multidisciplinary molecular approach.
