Call for Proposals: Resilience Hauts-de-France
While the Hauts-de-France region was strongly affected by the health crisis, the Region decided to collaborate with the French National Research Agency (ANR) to place research at the heart of actions to promote the resilience of the territory.
The Hauts-de-France Region wishes to match the € 1 million allocation granted by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation for the launch of this call for proposals in Hauts-de-France.
The “Resilience Hauts-de-France” call for projects has the following objectives:
- to draw all the territorial consequences of the health crisis linked to the Covid-19 pandemic in the youngest region of France, and to assess its health, economic, societal and environmental impacts;
- to identify the strategies, adaptation and prevention measures to support social and economic development
- to mobilize research to support decision makers in social and economic development and to accelerate the recovery from the crisis and open up prospects for recovery, thanks to sustainable resilience.
Its territorial prism is affirmed, taking into account the specificities of the territory of the Hauts-de-France and regional priorities, and with as a guiding thread the problems of digital, ecological and health transitions.
