Polymers Laboratory for Innovative Imaging Solutions – PLIIS

Submission summary

In order to pursue the technological development of its products dedicated to digital vision and image processing, i2S is constantly looking for innovative lighting, optical and electronic solutions. The aim of these innovations is to offer a distinguishable technology with regards of existing products, to simplify operator procedure, to improve picture quality, to reduce manufacturing cost and therefore to increase market shares.
Thanks to its expertise in polymer science and engineering , its know-how in polymer materials for organic electronics, optics, dielectrics and piezo/ferro electrics the LCPO team” Advanced functional polymers for electronics, energy and communication” (http://www.lcpo.fr and www.hadziiteam.com) has the prerequisites to work on innovative solutions to meet i2S requirements.
LCPO and i2S have thus decided to join their strengths and expertise in the frame of the LabCom Polymers Laboratory for Innovative Imaging Solutions (PLIIS). The objective of this structure will be to create a link across all the components of the entire value chain, from the materials synthesis and engineering to the development of new innovative commercial products. Furthermore, the ELORPrintTec platform dedicated to the industrial transfer of the organic electronics technology will provide crucial tools from lab to market.
